Creative Arts Workshop: Connection Through Meditation, Movement, and Art
This workshop is designed to foster deep connections between parents/carers and children through a unique blend of meditation, dance, and artistic expression. Participants will explore their creativity while enhancing their bond in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Workshop Overview
Duration: 2 and half hours
Age Group: Suitable for children aged 7 plus and their parents/carer or adult companion (for age 6 if felt they will be comfortable with the meditation and relaxation)
