A full day immersion designed to support you in shedding, reconnecting and returning to your inner rhythm. A gentle and powerful journey through ceremony, movement, rest and sound.
Your Day Includes: • 10:00–11:00 Opening circle • smudging • cacao ceremony • 11:00–12:00 Embodied movement flow (intuitive, expressive, not “dance”) • 12:00–13:00 Yin yoga • 13:00–14:00 Two-course plant-based lunch • 14:00–14:30 Drumming circle • 14:30–15:30 Yoga Nidra • guided meditation • 15:30–16:30 Sound journey • 16:30–17:00 Closing ceremony
