Group therapy is a set intervention consisting of 7 sessions 1 hour long each. The sessions look directly at a shared presenting issues. this may be and not exclusive to; bereavements or loss, self-esteem issues, peer relationship issues, anxiety, family separation, anger management, bullying or bullied (not in the same group).
