Play and creative arts Therapy
Hello and Welcome to barn owl Therapy services. I'm Tamsin a qualified play and creative arts therapist for children and young people aged 4-18. I am also an attachment play practitioner working closely alongside parents and carers. By creating a secure an encouraging environment where children and young people can confidently explore their thoughts and feelings through play, art, movement, and music. The creative therapy sessions effectively address emotional challenges (including and not exclusive to) such as anxiety, low self-esteem, peer relationship issues, anger management, family dynamics, neurodiversity and trauma. Therapy sessions can help to promote self esteem, confidence and process inner turmoil by empowering them to express themselves creatively alongside words.
Upcoming availability for sessions are now available for children and young people aged 4-18.
